START HERE:

  • Step 1: Please read the Bulletin Advertising Policy >> located in the Member’s Only section under “Club Documents” prior to submitting this form.
  • Step 2: Click on the blue “Select Option & Add To Cart” button.
  • Step 3: Choose the advertising option that you are submitting.
  • Step 4: Click “Select Option & Add To Cart“.
  • Step 5: Fill in the information about the dog and if applicable, the show.
  • Step 6: Add any further comments and information in the “Comments” block.
  • Step 7: Click on the blue “Check Out” box at the bottom of the page and enter your payment information.
  • Step 8: Email photos and any other important information to Advertising Manager, Erin Shaw at mcleodsrus@aol.com

All ads must be submitted directly to Advertising Manager, Erin Shaw at mcleodsrus@aol.com

Self-designed/camera-ready ads must also meet the criteria for publication as follows:

  1. Must be 300 dpi (dots per inch) which is a high resolution to allow for high quality reproduction.
  2. Must be designed as follows (with or without borders):
  3. Must only contain the number of pictures allowed for the size of the ad.
    – 8 ½ x 11 for a full-size page, maximum 4 pictures
    – 8 ½ x 5 ½ for a half page, maximum 2 pictures
  4. Must not use any graphics or pictures that are copyrighted without written permission of the artist/owner
    being submitted by email to the Advertising Manager.
  5. Pay below and submit camera ready Ads directly to the Advertising Manager. The actual ad copy should then be sent by email in either jpeg, png, or pdf format.
