The Skye Terrier Club of America (STCA), the official American Kennel Club (AKC) parent club for the Skye Terrier was founded in 1938. Our AKC member club is comprised of responsible breeders, owners, and exhibitors of Skye Terriers,  to protect and preserve the Skye Terrier. Recognizing that the quality and reputation of all Skye Terriers rests solely in the hands of their owners, breeders, and exhibitors, the members of the Skye Terrier Club of America abide by and are guided by a Code of Ethics.
